KEEPING FIT IS A TREASURE!
The need to maintain strong health of mind and body especially at a later age is so needed in our society today. Many neglect this call but few go by it. Exercise is great and keeps you going when your body is going weak as an adult.
A simply road walk in the morning, running and other minor exercises could help one achieve this all important task.
Meanwhile, It is not restricted to some sort of exercises because it takes physical, mental, to be fit. You have to engage the whole of you in this fit. Again, it cuts across all classes of people. Consistency is the key. Look out for what interests you the most and take it up as a duty every day.  It could be reading a book or finding your hand in some indoor or outdoor games.
However, one cannot sweep under the carpet the habit of eating healthy foods. This is the one step that builds on other aspects of keeping fit. If by any reason one doesn’t feed well, engaging in other exercises like gym could be so counterproductive. Balance diet is the mother of the healthy living. It makes you think well and stand to what other aspects of life you so cherish. Indeed, it is the secret of keeping fit!
In all, do not shy away from staying fit. It is a personal call and you know best how much you spend to treat yourself at the hospital. Why don't you take the simple step keeping fit and avoid the regrets of later years? Take the bold step now!
